About Hamid Peiro
Hamid Peiro is a computational designer, educator, and technologist with a strong focus on integrating coding, robotics, and digital fabrication into architecture and design. Since 2017, he has been teaching Rhino and Grasshopper at various institutions, including Apademy, Urbanism School, Semnam University, Skydragon, and Shiraz Architecture Center, helping professionals and students unlock new possibilities in computational design.
Hamid’s expertise spans modeling, coding, visualization, and computational analysis. Proficient in Python and C#, he develops innovative solutions that bridge the gap between design concepts and real-world applications.
As a graduate of the Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) program at ETH Zurich, Hamid gained hands-on experience working with ABB industrial robots, 3D printing, and laser cutting technologies. His work reflects a commitment to merging cutting-edge technology with sustainable and creative design solutions.
Currently, Hamid is part of the Design and Building Technology (DBT) group at ETH Zurich, working on projects for the Venice Biennale that integrate computational design and digital fabrication.
